DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery INFO

We take pride in our electronic products. We aim to deliver your purchase to you in the fastest and most efficient way possible. All of our products are fully packaged for safe transport and will be handled by a specialist third party delivery carrier.
We work with a number of specialist delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This may result in your order being shipped multiple times by different delivery partners. Please note that shipping costs are calculated per shipment (not per order total), based on the location of the warehouse from which the product is shipped. The speed of delivery depends on the product type, product availability, and proximity to a metropolitan area. To help you make your purchasing decision, you can learn more about delivery lead times on each product page.
You can enter your postcode on any product page to see if we deliver to your area. If delivery is not currently available in your area, we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to keep up to date with our latest news.
All deliveries are made between 9:00am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday, with selected cities having designated times on Saturdays. If you would like to know if Saturday delivery is available in your area, please contact us before your order is processed. Please note that not all requests can be accommodated.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your item will fit through doors, stairs and lifts in its packaging before placing your order. Product and package dimensions are included in the product description on our website. If delivery is unsuccessful due to lack of access to your premises, we will charge an additional delivery fee.
Please note that whilst we may deliver your order to a freight forwarder, once the goods have been handed over to them, ALTUS JAGUAR LIMITED will no longer be liable for any problems that may arise during the freight forwarding process.

Standard Service

We will deliver your items to the ground floor, lobby or first dry area of your home (i.e. garage, front porch, hall, etc.) or apartment building. For addresses that require the use of a lift or stairs, we will leave the items at the lift entrance or at the foot of the stairs. This service does not include unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal.
To begin delivery, we will send an email notifying you that your order is ready for shipment. You will then receive a fixed delivery date with tracking information or our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window.

Choosing a room

We will deliver your products to the room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs, based on your postcode (plus applicable taxes). Please note that additional stairs beyond two floors are available at an additional charge. This service does not include assembly, rubbish removal or removal of your old or existing furniture.
To begin delivery, we will send an email notifying you that your order is ready for despatch. Our delivery partner will then contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window.
Note: Before placing your order, please measure and ensure that your items can fit through doors, stairs and lifts in their packaging. If we are unable to deliver your furniture to your home, you will be responsible for redelivery charges if you choose to have it redelivered at a later date, or return shipping and warehouse re-stocking charges if the order is cancelled. Once the product arrives, our delivery partner will deliver it to you based on the service option selected.
In addition, please protect your flooring and surroundings from potential damage prior to delivery. Our delivery partners are not responsible for any damage to your flooring or surroundings. Delivery partners are not permitted to move existing furniture in your home.
